room is very clean and has everything you need (there are private bathroom fridge wifi), the room was clean and provided all the necessary amenities, nice an clean room in the heart of south beach with own fridge, the hosts were nice and kind and attentive, the host francesco was really friendly and the appartement was amazing, the location was especially good since the bus to the airport stops close by, the location was great near to everything 10 minutes walk to the beach, francesco's place was great location wise, the south beach designer & cozy studio was perfect, great location right in the heart of south beach air conditioning worked very well extremely comfortable bed, pictures look nicer as it actually is room could use a little updating, however the room was fairly small it wasn't all that bad, overall our stay was great and the room was perfect for a group of 4 girlfriends, great location easy communication with the owner clean and organized apartmentz, the place was clean and good if you need a minimal place to stay, the studio was very clean and exactly how i pictured it from the photos, apartment was as described clean and fully prepared for guests, the room was super clean and the location is excellent, the front desk staff was amazing in trying to give us recommendations, the front desk is extremely helpful and kind, the front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient, i loved the location 2 blocks away from the main strip, the location is amazing and everything is walking distance, the toilets were clogged and after a huge quantity of water was coming out of them, i recommend not doing more then 2 people for this apartment, pool and beach access were an added bonus although the unit has no view to speak of, lastly the place was extremely dusty and did not appear to be clean, everything was very clean and we had all we need, johanna's tips were super helpful and she was eager to help us out in every way she can, johanna was very quick to respond and helpful when i had questions, the host was very responsive and her place was perfect, great location right on the beach and close to a fun lovely neighborhood, hairdryer beach chairs and iron were all nice touches, lots of amenities and great rooftop pool & view, we enjoyed the drinks and views and a dip in the pool, the rooftop has a great view and the pool is heated, the unit was clean spacious and comfortable, the big and clean property just at the center of ocean drive, catalina and her staff are very responsive, she was a great host this was our first airbnb and was a great experience, host was very well organized and communicated promptly, great locations walking distance to everything in the strip, excellent location and everything we needed, great place confortable beds a lots space great style and super local, the room was well air conditioned all the time and very clean, if youre a fan of art deco or the beach this is the perfect spot, nice small hotel with good and clean rooms, the room and bathroom were clean and enough space for two, excellent bar service; very helpful courteous and friendly staff, hotel staff was friendly and responsive to any issues or questions we had, the room was located to all the main attractions and walking distance to others, beautiful room within walking distance to the beach, wonderful building amenities and amazing bay view and pool oasis, nice view just enough room for a couple on the run in south beach, we spent time at the pool enjoying the view and beautiful sunset, the pool area and view is a highlight for sure, stayed for 1 night and was clean and comfortable, property manager was responsive and amenable, the host was very communicative and helpful, great apartment and location - beautiful facilities, close to whole foods and some great restaurants, a vibrant condo, right across the street from the beach, however the sofa bed was small and would realistically would only fit one adult, we enjoyed a four days stay at martins apartment in south beach miami, beautiful room and would definitely recommend to stay there in the future, comfy bed very clean lots of extra blankets and towels and necessities, martins place was so comfortable and clean i had access to ocean drive and an amazing view, the place was also very clean and larger than i anticipated, martin is very responsive and a great host, hosts were very friendly and loved their recommendations, the host martin was nice and responsive and extended his help and advices to all questions we asked, 16 Best
