Comme annoncé depuis plusieurs jours, l’actuel manager général du Stade Toulousain, Guy Novès, sera le prochain sélectionneur du XV de France, après la Coupe du monde. Ses adjoints seront Yannick Bru et Jeff Dubois.
Guy Novès, 61 ans, dix fois champion de France à la tête du Stade Toulousain entre 1989 et 2012, quatre fois champion d’Europe et ancien ailier international, coiffe donc ses concurrents directs, à savoir Fabien Galthié, Fabrice Landreau, Clive Woodward et Rapahel Ibanez.
