58 journalistes ont été tués parce qu’ils exerçaient leur activité : informer. C’est ce que révèle le baromètre mis à jour par Reporters sans frontières, (RSF) qui défend les journalistes et les blogueurs. Le week-end dernier, l’organisation a rebaptisé douze rues de Paris du nom de journalistes tués, torturés ou disparus. L’une d’elle porte les noms de Ghislaine Dupont et Claude Verlon. Cette journaliste et ce technicien de la radio RFI ont été assassinés au Nord du Mali il y a deux ans alors qu’ils préparaient un reportage. Selon RSF, 90% des crimes ayant un lien avec des journalistes n’ont jamais été élucidés.
