Le conservateur général des monuments de Pologne affirme être sûr “à 99%” de l’existence du train.

The head curator of Polish monuments has confirmed to be sure “99%” existence of the train.

Chaque jour qui passe fait de plus en plus ressembler cette histoire à un épisode inédit d’Indiana Jones. Après que deux personnes ont affirmé, la semaine passée, avoir localisé un légendaire train nazi enfoui dans un tunnel, et possiblement rempli d’or, les autorités polonaises ont, hier, fait basculer l’histoire de la légende urbaine à l’information crédible.

Every day that passes this becomes more and more like the story documented by Indiana Jones. After two people have confirmed, last week, to have located the legendary train run away into a tunnel, and possibly full of gold, the Polish authorities yesterday wish to topple the story of the credibility of the urban legend.

Pire encore, aujourd’hui c’est le conservateur général des monuments de Pologne, Piotr Zuchowski, qui a à son tour affirmé être “à 99%” certain de l’existence du train, même si son contenu reste mystérieux. Il a expliqué avoir vu des images radar de la rame, et a livré cet ultime détail rocambolesque : les informations ayant permis aux deux découvreurs de retrouver le train ont été fournies, oralement, par l’un des hommes ayant aidé à le cacher qui, sur son lit de mort, leur a dessiné un schéma menant à l’endroit.

Worse still, today the chief curator of Polish monuments, Piotr Zuchowski, has confirmed to be “99%” certain of the existence of the train, although it still remains mysterious. He explained after seeing the radar images of the train, and issued positive details of the unfolding (and unlikely) adventure: information has come from two sources verbally, one who discovered the train and who helped hide it, on his death bed, and who designed the scheme to place it.

Piotr Zuchowski prévient, par contre, que le train peut tout à fait être miné, ou contenir des explosifs, et qu’il sera donc déterré avec la plus grande précaution. On ignore quand auront lieu les opérations, ni exactement où elles se feront. Le mystère n’est pas terminé.

Piotr Zuchowski prefaced, however, that the train could be mined, or at least contain explosives, and must be approached with great precaution. We cannot ignore the operations at that place and time, or what could happen. The mystery is not over!

Another literary project is that of commemoration of an aircraft crash on Djouce mountain in Wicklow in 1946. Bill wrote articles for the 50th, 60th and most recently the 70th anniversary, (12 Aug 2016) all were published in the Wicklow Times and ensured the survivors of the crash, all French Girl Guides, were not forgotten. But mostly this site gives a more general European and specific French slant on popular and not so popular articles of French news, translated to English by the author. Each article is translated on a paragraph by paragraph basis so easy to read in either language and even possible to improve either language by comparison of the short English and French paragraphs. Amusez vous bien. The author is currently writing an easy to read technical aviation book centered around the Fokker 50. Another interest is that dealt with in another of Bill's websites www.realnamara.net, a Statue of the mother of God, Mary. It was erected in 1972 in Dublin, at the end of the Bull Wall near Clontarf, and my grandfather William Nelson, was the main instigator of that project.
